I’ve been taking salsa and bachata classes at Barcelona Move for a while now and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Alba somehow manages to be the most easygoing and at the same time strict dance teacher in the world. You really get 2x1. She pays attention to the details and actually corrects you instead of just letting you get through the steps, but the classes never feel overly serious or intimidating. There’s a lot of patience, humour and genuinely great energy, which makes it very easy to keep coming back even after missing a few lessons or when something just refuses to click. And when you do want to take it seriously, there are classes so many times a week that you can basically turn it into an intensive course. I’ve made much more progress than I expected, especially with things I initially found completely impossible (apparently I can even do waves now), and I think a big part of that is the atmosphere she creates in her classes. Barcelona Move has basically started feeling a little bit like home. Highly recommended 🕺

The energy here is absolutely amazing! This is one of the best salsa and bachata dance schools that I've been to across Switzerland and in other countries. Alba has an incredibly fun, positive and infectious energy that I haven't seen in other schools before. She makes you feel so safe, welcome and part of a wonderful community. Joining classes can be a bit intimidating sometimes but all the people I've met at the school are so friendly and welcoming. There are social events outside of the classes too which are always fun! Alba has had extensive international training with some of the world's best salsa dancers and her knowledge as both a lead and follower across salsa and bachata are of a really high level. I've attended beginner to advanced classes and she is a high-caliber dancer who is supportive and inclusive. I'd highly recommend this school for all levels of dancers ranging from beginner to advanced, whether it's for social events, to be part of a fantastic community, to improve technique, to have personalised choreography for weddings and events ,or just to learn something different :D

I want to express my deepest gratitude to our dance teacher, Alba, for the incredible work she did with us. She helped us prepare our wedding dance, and the result was simply spectacular. We had no prior experience, but thanks to her professionalism, patience, and creativity, we were able to learn a fairly complex choreography and feel confident performing it. She guided us step by step, adapting to our pace and making us enjoy the entire process. On our wedding day, all the guests were amazed, we received countless compliments, and it was one of the most memorable moments of the entire celebration. We wholeheartedly recommend her!
Without her, our wedding dance wouldn't have gone so well! Thank you, Alba, for your patience, your flexibility, and the super caring and easy-to-understand instructions.

The classes are the best!! The instructors are super professional with such a great knowledge and experience that they guide you through the dancing learning process with ease and a lot of fun, so you can learn very fast. I enjoy super a lot the cool environment and the way they create the classes - this place is definitely worth to go if you want to learn or get better at dancing or meet cool people with the same interests!💃🏻😊

My husband and I had so much fun rehearsing our wedding dance! She is a great and creative teacher. Our guests loved it and the dance is a wonderful memory of our most beautiful day <3
Very pleasant and relaxed lessons. Great teachers and participants. Thanks to the family atmosphere, the courses are ideal for insecure beginners. The dance school is run with a lot of love and enthusiasm and offers a good balance after a hard day at work.
It is an amazing salsa, bachata center for improving the dance technique, salsa/bachata choreography, body expression or enjoying with the rhythm of the latino music. I fully recommend this center due to the professionalism of the instructors, the way to teach complicate steps/movements on a easy way while creating a calid ambience full of joy.
